Our refund policy is as follows: A $25 deposit is required to secure your reservation, which is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled trip date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If the number of passengers increases from the originally booked number, additional fees will apply, so please inform us as soon as possible to adjust the booking and fees accordingly. The remaining balance of the trip cost is due on the day of the trip and should be paid directly to the driver, who will provide a receipt upon payment. After your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the driver's contact information and other pertinent trip details; ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for informing us of any changes to their reservation, including an increase in the number of passengers, as soon as possible, and must ensure timely payment to the driver on the day of the trip to avoid any delays or complications.
